Refund policy

At Feastica, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our products. Due to the perishable nature of food items, we generally do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to help if something isn't right.

Refund Eligibility: We offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product
  • Your order arrived damaged
  • Your item is expired or spoiled upon arrival
  • To be eligible, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a brief explanation.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to food safety standards, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Orders placed in error by the customer
